Morrow Hill Expands Commitment to Education with Second Scholarship Award

[West Palm Beach, Florida] – November 20, 2024 – Morrow Hill Commercial Real Estate and company co-founder Jon Hill are proud to announce the awarding of the second Morrow Hill Real Estate Scholarship. This $2,500 scholarship was presented today to Leanna Carlson, a sophomore at Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Titus School of Business, who is studying International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Franchising. The scholarship underscores Morrow Hill’s ongoing commitment to empowering the next generation of industry leaders.

Leanna has shown exceptional promise as a student and entrepreneur, with aspirations to create her own franchise in the food or health and fitness industries. Her dedication to her studies and her passion for franchising exemplify the qualities that Morrow Hill seeks to foster through this initiative.

The Morrow Hill Real Estate Scholarship initiative first launched at the University of North Texas (UNT), where Chris Morrow, President of Morrow Hill and a 1995 UNT graduate, established the Christopher M. Morrow Real Estate Scholarship Fund with a $100,000 endowment. The fund supports two-year scholarships for real estate students entering their junior year at UNT.

At Palm Beach Atlantic University, the Morrow Hill Scholarship also offers more than financial support. Recipients gain access to mentorship opportunities, connecting them with seasoned professionals to help guide their career journeys.
