Ian Laskowski is a graduate of Binghamton University in Vestal, NY and is a seasoned real estate executive with over 18 years of industry experience. Ian began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in New York and has gone on to work with some of the leading national and regional developers, landlords and tenants across the United States. Throughout his career, he has managed thousands of complex transactions across over 10 million square feet of retail space.

For over a decade, Ian has specialized in serving franchisees and franchisors across multiple retail categories and oversees the expansion and real estate strategy of some of the fastest growing franchise concepts in the country. He brings deep industry knowledge and relationships in all primary and secondary markets across the country, and his unique skillset provides franchisors and franchisees with the information and guidance necessary to understand real estate markets and transactions in an ever-evolving world.
