Brian Kim

Brian Kim serves as Interim President of Morrow Hill, a real estate tenant representation firm exclusively focused on the franchise industry. He partners with the executive team to guide the firm's strategic direction and operations, drawing on decades of principal investing, board leadership, and strategy experience to support Morrow Hill's growth, technology development, and client-driven approach to serving the franchise industry.

Throughout his career, Brian has partnered with founder and family-owned businesses across a broad array of industries, including business services, consumer, industrials, and technology. He has been a principal investor in growth companies for almost 20 years, most recently as co-founder of Sixth Form Partners, an investment firm focused on founder-owned companies through a service-oriented and relationship-driven approach.

Brian holds a B.S.E in Systems Science & Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from The University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from The Wharton School. He serves on the Executive Committee and is a past Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Nationalities Service Center, an immigrant and refugee resettlement agency serving over 5,000 clients annually.
